Jack MacIaszek

Jack Maciaszek is an experienced Quality Engineer at PTC Steel since September 2005, specializing in APQP review management, PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP documentation. Additionally, Maciaszek has effectively utilized various root cause analysis techniques such as 5Y, Fishbone, and 8D reporting in collaboration with customers. Formerly a Production Supervisor, responsibilities included managing workflow across multiple departments to ensure quality production. Maciaszek also served as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician, performing inspections and calibrations.
