Jim Cole

Jim Cole has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Manager at Metal Matic Inc. since 1985, overseeing key areas such as production, quality control, safety, as well as hiring and training. Prior to this role, Jim served as Fresh Sausage Manager and Lunch Meat Foreman at Rath Packing Co. from July 1979 to December 1985. Jim Cole completed education at West High School in Waterloo, Iowa, graduating in 1979.
