Ron Phillips is a seasoned maintenance professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Metal Matic Inc. since May 2007, Ron has previously worked as a Trade Team Advisor at International Truck and Engine from January 2003 to May 2007. Prior to that, Ron held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Allied Tube & Conduit from March 1992 to January 2003, and began their career there as an Electronic Technician from October 1989 to March 1992. Educationally, Ron holds an Associate's of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, obtained from Prairie State College (1985 - 1989) and furthered studies at Governors State University (1990 - 1992).
