Sam Morris

Sam Morris is the founder and owner of Zen Warrior Training®, LLC, established in October 2013, where a personal development program focuses on helping high performers achieve self-mastery. Currently serving as the METAL Foundry Host since June 2020, Sam previously held a partnership role at Human Kind from September 2018 to October 2019. Additional experience includes a position as a researcher for Season 2 of Brand X with Russell Brand, where Sam provided detailed background information on guests. From 2005 to 2013, Sam worked as a self-employed music composer, producer, and performer, creating cues for various television shows, including those associated with Ellen DeGeneres and CNN. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Hampshire College and attended Berklee College of Music.
