James Headifen

James Headifen has extensive experience in franchising and business development. James has worked in various roles throughout their career, including as a Director of Franchise Development & Operations for the Metal Supermarkets Franchising Family of Companies. In this role, they managed the UK franchise and corporate store network, focusing on business development and network expansion. Prior to that, they worked as a Franchise Manager for Metro Rod, where they implemented the franchise system and oversaw sales, marketing, operations, and business development for a team of franchisees. James also has experience as a Franchisee and Area Manager for Fastway Couriers, where they were responsible for the start-up and ongoing training of regional and courier franchisees. Additionally, they have worked as a Terms Of Trade Manager for EC Credit Control and held various roles within Fastway Couriers in Australia and New Zealand.

James Headifen attended Lindisfarne Collage from 1988 to 1992. James did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Otago from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & History.
