Adam also improved on-time delivery, implemented performance metrics, and obtained special process approvals from prime aerospace contractors.
Most recently, Adam served as the Director of Operations and Director of Quality at Metal Surfaces Int'l LLC., where they were responsible for the company's Quality Management System, purchase order adherence, and improving delivery times while reducing overtime. Adam also expanded a supplier's training program and introduced granular performance metrics for customer account representatives.

MSI is ITAR certified and able to comply with RoHS, WEE standards when specified. As one of the largest precision plating firms in North America, MSI is approved to provide precision plating by most of the primes in the Aviation, Aerospace, Electronic, Interconnect and Automotive fields. Located in Bell Gardens, California with a facility over 70,000 square feet, MSI provides 12, 110 foot reel-to-reel plating lines and a wide range of rack, barrel and individual plating resources. There is also a growing composite plating department for precision plating on plastics and other non-conductive materials.
