Metalcraft Inc
Brandon Nicholson has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. At Metalcraft Inc, they started as a Technical Specialist in October 2013 and later became the Technical Specialist / Customer Service Lead in November 2014. From April 2018 to July 2022, they took on the role of Technical Specialist Lead / ERP Specialist, where they successfully managed a project implementing the Epicor ERP system. Brandon also wrote business requirements, designed a quote system, and implemented a paperless workflow. Currently, they hold the position of Manufacturing Manager, starting in July 2022, at Metalcraft Inc.
Prior to Metalcraft Inc, Brandon worked at Orange Tree Employment Screening. Brandon began as an IA Research Assistant in April 2006 and eventually became the IA Operations Manager from October 2008 to January 2012. As the Operations Manager, they played a key role in achieving profitability for the company and implemented strategic initiatives to improve processes and quality. Additionally, as an IA Research Lead from October 2006 to October 2008, they created SOP initiatives, coached the team during volume increases, and coordinated communication with external parties for background checks.
Brandon Nicholson attended North Iowa Area Community College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate in Arts degree. Brandon then transferred to Buena Vista University, where they studied Psychology and Criminal Justice and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005.

Metalcraft has provided property identification solutions since 1950. What began as a solution for the Bostitch Stapler Company's identification needs has evolved into Metalcraft as we know it today. The solution for Bostitch was to have Metalcraft provide nameplates with printed copy of Bostitch customer names that were attached withsolvent-activated adhesive to their staplers.Since that first Bostitch stapler solution in 1950, Metalcraft has provided thousands of businesses and industries throughout North America and around the world with a wide range of choices in durable nameplates and labels to meet the needs of the ever-evolving industry of tracking and controlling.
