Michael Solt, CISSP

Michael Solt is a CISSP professional with extensive experience in information technology. Michael currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at metalenz since May 2023. Prior to this, Michael worked at Blink, an Amazon Company, where they were the Manager of Engineering from December 2017 to March 2023. During their time at Blink, they successfully built the Engineering Services team, consisting of 40 engineers, and developed strong leaders to oversee specific units. Before joining Blink, they were the Director of Information Technology at Immedia Semiconductor (Blink) from October 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer in Network Operations and Security at BNMC - Bredy Network Management Corporation from September 2014 to October 2016. Michael also has experience as a Senior Systems Administrator at NetProspex from October 2012 to February 2014 and as the Director of Information Technology/Network Engineer at General Compression from September 2007 to July 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Bridgeport Networks as an Engineer in VoIP Systems from October 2004 to September 2007, and as an Engineer in Network at Level3 Communications from February 2003 to December 2003. Michael began their career as a System Administrator/Engineer at BBN Technologies and worked there from 1992 to 2003.

Michael Solt, CISSP, attended the University of Connecticut, but the start and end years of their education are not provided. Michael obtained their Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) in October 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker v3 (CEH) certification from the EC-Council in October 2004.
