Joe Ramsey has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Hands-on Shop Support Leader at Metalex Manufacturing, Inc. since May 2011, Joe has previously held the role of Shop Manager at Die Craft Machining & Engineering from January 2003 to May 2011. Joe began the career journey as a Maintenance Engineering Co-op at AK Steel from May 1999 to December 2002. Educationally, Joe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati between 1999 and 2003, and attended Miami University from 1997 to 1999. Joe is currently furthering education at Fort Hays State University, enrolled since 2019.
