Lisa Rader

Lisa Rader has a solid work experience history in the manufacturing industry. Lisa started their career at Chandler Industries in 1994 as a Quality Inspector and worked there for nine years. In 2003, Lisa joined Logic PD, initially as a machine operator and later was promoted to the position of Continuous Improvement Specialist. During their time at Logic PD, they received in-house training in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ELEC COMPONENT TRG, and LEAN MFG. Additionally, Lisa also worked as a materials handler. In 2008, they moved to SL INDUSTRIES - Montevideo Technology Inc. as a QA Engineer.

Lisa Rader attended Montevideo Sr High School from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained their diploma in General Studies. From 1989 to 1991, they attended Minnesota West Community and Technical College and studied Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD. In 2014, Lisa obtained the certification of a CERTIFIED IPC TRAINER from BEST INC. Lisa also holds the certification of IPC-A-610 CIT (TRAINER), although the institution and specific date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
