Lee Lilly

Lee Lilly currently serves as the District Sales Manager at Metallic Building Systems, holding this position since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lee worked at Cornerstone Building Brands in Field Services from April 2022 to October 2023. Lee has extensive hands-on experience as a Journeyman Ironworker, having worked with Ironworkers Local 103 from April 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included foreman duties, blueprint reading, and ensuring safety and efficiency on multiple projects. As the Owner of Lilly Erectors LLC from August 2016 to April 2019, Lee managed various steel-framed construction projects, overseeing design, budgeting, scheduling, and personnel operations. Earlier experience with Ironworkers Local 103 from August 2013 to August 2016 involved team collaboration on large cranes and machinery, adhering to safety guidelines, and ensuring project compliance and efficiency.
