Matthew Adams has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Matthew started their career in 2012 as a Polymer Science Engineering Intern at CPG International, Inc. In 2013, they joined TimkenSteel Corporation as a Steel Business Associate - Sales Engineer, where they gained experience in supporting automotive, rail, and general industrial customers. Matthew was later promoted to Senior Sales Engineer and then to Principal Sales Engineer, responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and developing profitable products. In 2019, they became an Account Manager II at TimkenSteel Corporation. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strong technical skills, including government grant tracking, payroll accounting, and technical poster design during their work study at Lehigh University.
Matthew Adams received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Lehigh University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Matthew has also obtained several certifications, including "Business Development Foundations," "Excel Quick Tips," and "Excel: VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP for Beginners," all from LinkedIn. Matthew obtained the certifications in April 2022, October 2021, and October 2021, respectively.
