Terminal and Facilities Project Lead at Metalogic Inspection Services

Jesus Cavazos has a diverse work experience in various positions. Jesus started their career as a Cad Tech in Training at Ferris, Flinn & Medina, LLC in 2016, where they trained interns in AutoCAD Civil 3D and assisted with map redesign and creating estimates for clients. Jesus continued in the same role for the company in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, conducting analysis and creating reports on 3D printed samples. In 2021, they joined Applus+ RTD as a Field Engineer I, involved in creating isometric drawings and conducting inspections of process piping. In 2022, they became an Advanced Service Technician at Metalogic Inspection Services, where they conducted inspections and utilized GIS tools for creating process piping routes. Finally, in 2023, they were promoted to Terminal and Facilities Project Lead at the same company, responsible for conducting inspections, sketching isometric drawings, and re-designing symbology for process pipeline visualization.

Jesus Cavazos obtained a degree in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering Technology with a focus on Manufacturing Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2017 and 2021. Additionally, in December 2022, they obtained a certification as a Piping Inspector (API 570) from the American Petroleum Institute (API).
