Karen Loritz, CPA, MBA has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Karen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MetalTek International, a leading manufacturer of metal components. Prior to this, they held the same position at The Boelter Companies, a market leader in the restaurant supply industry. Karen has also worked as the Senior Vice President & Global Controller at GMR Marketing and the Vice President of Finance - Beverage North America at Kerry Group. Karen has a strong background in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as experience in leading finance transformations and implementing new technology and processes. Karen's earlier career includes roles at Brady Corporation, where they held various finance leadership positions, and Deloitte, where they worked as a Senior Auditor. Karen began their career as a Finance Intern at Schneider National. Karen holds a CPA certification and an MBA.

Karen Loritz, CPA, MBA has a strong educational background in business and accounting. Karen obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Karen also completed their high school education at Preble High School from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their academic achievements, they are a Certified Public Accountant, obtaining this certification from the State of Wisconsin in November 1998.
