Justin Back is a highly experienced professional in the welding and quality control sectors, currently serving as a Quality Control Inspector and Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) at Howden American Fan Co since May 2018. With a strong background that includes a role as CWI at Metalworking Group since January 2015 and previous experience as a CWI and lead welder at The Armor Group from March 2009 to January 2015, Justin has developed a comprehensive skill set in welding and inspection. Prior experience includes positions as a welder at Weld Rite and Fabridigm Inc, as well as training at the Hobart Institute of Welding Technology, where Justin completed studies in July 2008.
