Brian McMichen

Brian McMichen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership. Currently serving as President and CIO at Cortex Data Services since November 2021, Brian also holds the position of Automation Integrations Engineer at Metalworks Inc. since June 2018. Prior roles include Database Systems Engineer at Epic from January 2011 to May 2018 and Research Assistant in the Engineering Mechanics department at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from January 2009 to May 2010. Additionally, Brian has experience as a Coop in Reliability Engineering at Omaha Public Power District in early 2008. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, completing the program in 2010.
