Kelli Ingalls

Kelli Ingalls has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kelli is currently the Director of Test Development in the Research and Development department at MetaMetrics, Inc. Kelli joined the company in January 2021. Prior to that, Kelli worked at ACT for a significant portion of their career. At ACT, they held various roles, including Assistant Vice President of Item Review in Test Development, Senior Program Development Associate, Senior Test Development Associate, and Test Development Associate. Kelli started their journey with ACT in December 1999 and ended in January 2021. Before joining ACT, Kelli served as the District Technology Coordinator at West Liberty School District from July 1997 to December 1999. Kelli also worked as the District Curriculum Director and Technology Coordinator at Durant Community School District from August 1996 to July 1997.

Kelli Ingalls completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Iowa in 1994. Prior to that, they pursued the same degree at the University of Northern Iowa from 1990 to 1993.
