Amit Bhandari, CSM® has over 14 years of professional experience. From 2006-2011, they worked as a Customer Care Executive at Idea Cellular Ltd, a Programme Officer at the Ministry of Environment and Forests in New Delhi, and a Project Coordinator at NetCreativeMind Solutions Pvt Ltd. From 2011-2013, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst at Metaoption Software Pvt Ltd. In 2013, they joined MetaOption LLC as a Sr. Business Analyst, where they were responsible for leading JAD sessions with the client, Requirement Analysis, Project Scoping, Planning, Project Execution, and managing Deliverables. Amit also worked with Functional & Technical Architects in the Product Development team on product design, user experience design, and quality requirements for the product. Amit managed the day to day operations of the project by facilitating team meetings to ensure alignment with the established policies and procedures. Amit has functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and a valid B1 visa until 2025.

Amit Bhandari holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Kumaun University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Amit also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in PCM from HNB Garhwal University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2002. In October 2019, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance\u00ae.
