Emily Infinger

Emily Infinger is a Senior Consultant and Developer at MetaPhase Consulting since October 2022, where comprehensive process discovery maps are developed to optimize workflows and cross-functional workshops are led to align on project goals. Prior experience includes a ServiceNow NextGen Skillbridge Intern role from July to October 2022, involving an intensive 16-week program focused on IT Service Management and ServiceNow fundamentals. From January 2019 to July 2022, Emily was a UX/UI and Digital and Social Media Strategist at Champions for Oral Health, leading a team to redesign the company website and enhance customer experience while managing social media strategies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drawing and Printmaking from Columbia College (SC) and has furthered education through Coursera courses.
