Vikram Jairath

Vikram Jairath is Director, DSIG - Platform Solutions at MetaPhase Consulting. He provides oversight on MPC SaaS/PaaS engagements including ServiceNow and Salesforce. Vikram has over 20 years of experience leading and supporting COTS implementations and SDLC efforts for global ITSM and Case Management solutions. Prior to joining MetaPhase Consulting, he led IT projects at Defense and Intel agencies. Vikram graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. in Decision Sciences & Management Information Systems and holds certifications in ServiceNow, Salesforce, & Security+
