Oz Malkesman

Oz Malkesman is an experienced professional in program and project management, currently serving as VP and Head of Program Management at Metaphore Biotechnologies since January 2023, focusing on AI/ML platform management. Previously, Malkesman held the position of Executive Director at Valo, overseeing portfolio and program management along with leading programs in AI/ML from April 2022 to November 2024. Malkesman has also served as Director of Program Management at Kronos Bio, Inc. and as Director of Project Management at CAMP4 Therapeutics. In the earlier part of a career, Malkesman worked as a Scientific Project Manager at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, where responsibilities included establishing a GAL4 expression patterns database and managing team operations, including budget planning and hiring. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and an MBA in Marketing, both from Bar-Ilan University.
