Erin Racher

Erin Racher, M.Ed, SHRM-CP, is currently the AVP of Associate Experience at MetaPhy Health, where Erin is responsible for creating an engaging and high-performance culture for current associates and recruiting, hiring, and training new associates. Prior to their role at MetaPhy Health, Erin worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Vanderbilt University and an Operations Fellow at Purpose Preparatory Academy. Erin also has experience as an International Instructor at Fujian Children's Development Kindergarten and as a Teach For America Corps Member at Tulsa Public Schools. Erin holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations and Psychology from the University of Georgia.
