Antje Gardyan

Antje Gardyan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in consultancy and business development. Since January 2007, Antje has served as Executive Partner at FLYING FISH GmbH, focusing on change management, organizational development, and employee retention. Additionally, Antje has been an Executive Business and Leadership Coach and Principal at Metaplan since 2008, specializing in structure and strategy consulting. Antje's prior roles include Director of Business Development at G+J New Media Ventures GmbH and various leadership positions within G+J WOMAN GmbH and BRIGITTE Gruppe from 1996 to 2007. Earlier career experiences include senior consulting and marketing roles at Hubert Burda Media and Gruner + Jahr GmbH, starting as a Junior Consultant at Lintas. Antje holds two Diplom Kauffrau degrees in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg and Helmut-Schmidt-Universität.
