Jens Kapitzky

Jens Kapitzky has extensive experience in consulting and management, currently serving as Geschäftsführer, Senior Consultant, and Director of the Metaplan Academy since June 2015 at Metaplan. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Metaplan from September 2015, Berater at origo-3 from October 2015 to December 2020, and Geschäftsführer at Österreichischer Bundesverlag from September 2010 to May 2015. Jens Kapitzky also held various positions at Ernst Klett Verlag between January 2000 and August 2010, including Programmbereichsleiter, Gruppenleiter, and Redakteur. Early in the career, Jens Kapitzky was a scientific staff member at the Universität Essen, contributing to the editions plan for the works of Karl Bühler. Jens Kapitzky holds a Magister degree in Communication Science, German Studies, and Political Science from the University of Duisburg-Essen, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
