Paul Leamon

Paul Leamon is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in venture development, commercialization, and strategic growth across various sectors, including green power solutions, real estate technology, and urban development. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at RC Power, Inc., and Founder and CEO of V.DEV, Paul has held multiple limited partner roles in prominent firms such as MetaProp.vc, Milhaus, Storie Co., and Onyx+East. Previously, Paul was the Chief Commercial Officer at Conservation X Labs and the Founding Executive Director at Distillery Labs. Paul holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Urban Planning/Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
