Gina Rohrer White is the CEO of MetaRail. Gina has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, and has held various positions at Metropolitan Real Estate, The Carlyle Group, and MetaRail. White is responsible for all aspects of capital-raising effort that transformed a groundbreaking $50 million manager with no track record but with strong fundamentals into an $800 million premier provider of private real estate fund-of-funds. Sourced and directly responsible for $390 million raised for three domestic and one European Fund. (Average investor commitment size of $1.1 million.) Responsible for diversifying the investor client base of high net worth advisers and institutional consulting firms eight-fold. Expanded the investor base in terms of product acceptance by adding corporate, public and Taft Hartley clients. Responsible for business development strategy. Worked with the firm’s founders to create a compelling and consistent message that continues to result in broader acceptance among advisers, consultants and investors. Actively participated in Investment Committee meetings as well as in other aspects of investments such as sourcing potential investments.

Gina Rohrer White received their Master’s Degree from The Walter A. Haas Graduate School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana.
