Carl van Huffel

Carl Van Huffel has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Metarom Asia since September 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in 80 countries and managing a substantial turnover. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager for South-East Asia, where Carl managed national sales in Malaysia and developed distribution networks across Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, as well as International Project Manager for Metarom Asia, focusing on establishing the subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur. Previous experience includes positions at PepsiCo as Regional Sales Account Manager, Unilever as National Key Account Manager Assistant, and Nestlé as Sales Representative. Carl holds a Master's degree in Sales/Marketing from NEOMA Business School and has studied international marketing through an exchange program at National Chengchi University.
