Vivek Jaiswal

Vivek Jaiswal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and business lending. As Co-Founder of NYCRE Capital since October 2020, Vivek has facilitated over $60 million in commercial loans since 2022. Concurrently, Vivek founded MetaShape.ai, an AI platform that streamlines business processes through a four-step method. Previous roles include Vice President of Commercial Lending at First American International Bank, where Vivek closed $80 million in loans, and various leadership positions in lending and branch management at institutions such as Newtek Business Services Corp., Laundrylux Financial Services, Bridgehampton National Bank, and Santander Bank. Vivek holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the State University of New York, earned between 2002 and 2005.
