Barbara Collins has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans several industries and roles. Barbara currently works at MetaSource as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they collaborate with the sales team and stakeholders to understand and identify their needs, develops solutions with a cross-functional team, and determines the cost implications of various solution options. Prior to MetaSource, Barbara served as the Chief Operating Officer at Miller Zeiderman LLP, where they steered and motivated employees and lawyers to peak performance levels, spearheaded overall operations, including IT and project management, and championed innovation for network upgrades and software modifications.

Barbara also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Digiscribe International, a Metasource Company. In this role, they were a founding C-suite officer of a technical service bureau, overseeing the provision of document management services, software, and solutions to clients. Barbara successfully led IT security efforts and ensured SOC2 Type 2 compliance without any exceptions. Additionally, Barbara provided deep-dive data insights into business metrics and key performance indicators.
