Stephen Coward

Stephen Coward has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Stephen currently holds the position of Technical Manager Australasia at Metasphere, starting in 2019. Prior to this, they were the Commercial Director - Australia at Metasphere from 2020 to 2023. Before joining Metasphere, Coward worked at SAGE Automation as Senior Project Manager from 2011 to 2019, where they managed multiple projects and bids and specialized in Wide Area SCADA. Stephen also has experience at Logica as a Technical Consultant - SCADA from 2010 to 2011, Project Manager from 1999 to 2011, and Project Director from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Coward worked at Action Controls as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1999 and as a Project Engineer in 1994. Stephen started their career at Arlec Australia Pty Ltd as a Technician in 1985.

Stephen Coward obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Computing Systems from Monash University between 1989 and 1993. Stephen focused on electronic design, control systems, and computing during their studies. In 2007 and 2008, they received a Diploma in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, they completed a project management program at Eastern Tafe Melbourne in 1997. Prior to their university education, Stephen completed their VCE at Clayton Technical from 1982 to 1989, where they studied electrical and computing subjects.
