Dot Bluma is a Stroke Project Specialist at MetaStar, Inc., specializing in the WI Coverdell Stroke Program since January 2013. Previously, Dot served as the Neuroscience Quality Management Coordinator at Aurora Health Care from 2006 to 2013, overseeing Primary Stroke Center Certification at three locations and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
