Gareth Marsden

Gareth Marsden is an experienced technology professional specializing in unified communications, particularly within Microsoft Teams and Azure environments. Currently serving as an Azure for Operators Perimeta SBC Engineer at Microsoft since January 2021, Gareth designs, deploys, and supports hosted Perimeta SBC implementations for global telecommunications companies. Previously, in various roles, Gareth provided expertise as a Teams SME at NTT, where support was extended to 750,000 users, and as a Unified Communications Consultant at Modality Systems, focusing on Microsoft Teams and Skype deployments. With extensive experience dating back to 2002 in technical support and infrastructure roles across multiple organizations, Gareth has developed a robust skill set in unified communications architecture, infrastructure engineering, and end-user support. Education includes an HNC in Business and Information Technology and a GNVQ Advanced in Information Technology from South Cheshire College.
