Andrew Pirrit

Andrew Pirrit has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Andrew held the role of Head of Retail Data & Analytics at Metcash from January 2022, where they were responsible for setting up and managing retail data and analysis for the IGA Network. Prior to this, they were the Head of Retail Data at Metcash from July 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Metcash, Andrew held the position of Head of Commercial at Metcash from February 2017 to January 2019. Andrew also worked at Diageo as the Head of Commercial Finance from December 2016 to February 2017. Additionally, they have held management roles at News Corp Australia, Reckitt Benckiser, Alberto Culver, and Goodman Fielder, where they gained experience in various aspects of commercial finance and operations.

Andrew Pirrit obtained a Diploma in Business Economics from The University of Waikato in 1996. Andrew then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of Otago, completing it in 1998. Later, Andrew became a Qualified Accountant by studying at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2001 to 2003.
