Daniel dos Santos

Daniel Dos Santos has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and operations fields. Daniel is currently the Head of Technology Services at Metcash since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Metcash from January 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Metcash, Daniel held positions at Macquarie University, Department of Justice NSW, NSW Treasury, Service NSW, NSW Department of Education, UNSW Australia, NSW Department of Family & Community Services, Pinpoint (MasterCard Loyalty Solutions), and George Weston Foods. In these roles, they had responsibilities such as overseeing operations, client services, project management, and IT management.
