Estella Young

Estella Young is an experienced executive in merchandise and product sourcing, currently serving as the Executive General Manager - Merchandise and Head of Trade at Metcash since February 2020. Prior to this role, Estella spent nearly seven years at Coles in various positions, including National Category Manager for Beer and Central Operations Manager for Liquorland. Estella's earlier career includes a position at Tesco, focusing on global health, beauty, baby, and homecare product sourcing, as well as a research and development internship at 3M. Estella holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Leeds and completed education at Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls.
