Michelle Arnold

Michelle Arnold has extensive work experience in the field of payroll. Michelle started their career as a Payroll Manager at I-MED Network in 2009 before moving on to TNT Express as the National Payroll Manager. In 2017, they worked as the National Payroll Services Delivery Manager at Bupa Australia & New Zealand and later as the Operations Manager - People & Safety Services at TAFE NSW. Michelle then took a career break from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Anglicare Sydney as a Payroll Consultant and later became the Head of Payroll Services at HammondCare. From 2021 to 2023, they served as the Payroll Projects and Compliance Lead and Payroll Manager at Anglicare Sydney. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Payroll at Metcash.

Michelle Arnold attended Bethlehem College Ashfield from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained their School Certificate.
