Amedeo Forte

Amedeo Forte has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Amedeo started their career at ITALSIDER SpA in 1976, where they worked in the Internal Auditing and Overseas Mining departments. In 1978, they moved to the Mining Overseas Department of ITALSIDER Spa, where they were responsible for management control and planning. Amedeo then transitioned to the Planning and Control Management department, where they analyzed production costs and developed budgets and plans. In 1989, Amedeo joined ILVA SpA as the CFO of Piombino ILVA Spa and later became the Financial Director and Trade and Marketing Director. During their tenure, they also served as President or Board Member of several ILVA subsidiaries. In 1995, Amedeo joined Metecno SpA as the CFO and was later promoted to General Manager and President and General Manager. Amedeo oversaw the reorganization of the Metecno Group and successfully managed the spin-off of controlled companies. In 2011, they became the Managing Director of Metecno Italia Srl Socio Unico, where they managed the production and commercialization of insulated metal panels. In 2016, Amedeo became the CEO of Metecno Spa.

Amedeo Forte pursued their undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of Naples - FEDERICO II from 1972 to 1976.
