Rick Odegard has a comprehensive work history in the oil and gas industry. Rick began their career as a Contract Pipeline NDE Supervisor & Technician for various NDE companies from 1980 to 1986. Rick then served as a Technical Consultant for NOVACORP International from 1987 to 1988. From 1989 to 1992, they worked as the Vice President for The American Inspection Co. Following this, they joined RTD Quality Services and held the position of Manager Client Services from 1992 to 2002. Rick then transitioned into the role of Manager Pipeline and Project Services - The Americas at Applus RTD QUALITY SERVICES, where they served from 2002 to 2013. Afterward, Rick became the Vice President of Applus+ RTD from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Pipeline and Facility Consultant for various companies. In 2019, they joined Technical Toolboxes as a Technical Product Consultant and later became the Vice President of Operations at Metegrity Inc.

Rick Odegard's education history includes attending the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) in 1980. During this time, they studied Non-Destructive Testing - NDE. Prior to that, they attended Red Deer Polytechnic from 1978 to 1979, where they pursued studies in Business/Commerce, General. No degree names were provided for either education experience.
