Meteora Capital, LLC is an investment adviser founded in 2021 by Vikas Mittal specializing in event driven, arbitrage, credit and SPAC investments.

Before launching, Meteora, Vik spent 16 years on the buy-side as a Partner and one of two Portfolio Managers at a market-neutral fund, Glazer Capital, deploying capital across various investment strategies: merger arbitrage/event equities, SPACs, converts, event-driven high-yield/loans, and structured financings. Vik began investing in SPACs specifically in 2009 during his time at Glazer and had primary, "CIO-like", oversight for the illiquid SPAC portfolio.
