Meteory
Sven Berberich is a Lead Data Engineer at Meteory since February 2023, where a master thesis on high spatial resolution estimation of soil organic carbon using satellite data was completed. Prior to this, Sven interned at TNO, focusing on image segmentation models for ground-to-space radar images, and contributed to a related academic paper. As Head of Development at Hermes Asset Management from September 2020 to December 2022, Sven led the development of an AI-based trading algorithm. Sven also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Radboud University for various programming courses, and served in leadership roles within the study association CognAC. Earlier work includes teaching coding to children and serving as an office assistant. Sven is pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at Radboud University, expected to complete in January 2024, and has a Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same institution. Additionally, Sven is participating in an Asian Studies Program at Kansai Gaidai University.
