Earlier in the career, Sabine worked at Hörgeräte ISMA GmbH & Co. KG as Regionalleiterin & Koordinatorin Westthüringen and held various positions in audiology. Sabine's education includes certifications in coaching, digital learning design, and a master's degree in audiology, enhancing expertise in people operations and management.
