Jeff Soplop

Jeff Soplop is the CEO and Founder of Nimble Energy since 2022, with a concurrent role as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additional responsibilities include serving in Renewable Energy and VPP Market Development at ElectronX and advising the CEOs at MeterLeader and Enerallies, Inc. Jeff held the position of COO at Recurve from 2021 to 2022, where emphasis was placed on demand flexibility and virtual power plants. Prior experience includes being the General Manager of Energy at Brightly, a role as Sr. Director at ICF International, and Director of Client Solutions at EnergySavvy. Early career stages featured roles at Phoenix Energy Technologies. Jeff holds multiple advanced degrees in Economics and Journalism from prestigious institutions including The Johns Hopkins University and Duke University.
