Graeme McAusland

Graeme McAusland is an experienced executive and non-executive director, currently serving as Chair at Metfriendly and as a non-executive director at THE MEDICAL DEFENCE UNION LIMITED, where Graeme also chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. Previously, Graeme held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Funeral Planning Authority, overseeing the strategic development of the self-regulatory body for the UK funeral planning industry. Additional roles include non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee at Jarvis Securities plc and Marine & General Mutual, and a successful tenure as Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at The Children's Mutual. Graeme possesses a Bachelor of Arts in History & Politics from The Open University, is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries, and holds a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Glasgow.
