Victor Soares

Victor Soares has an extensive work experience. Victor began their career in 2012 as a Sales Consultant at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis. During their nearly three-year tenure, they were promoted several times, eventually becoming the Superintendent of Online Sales. Victor was responsible for coordinating a team of 200 employees to serve one of the largest construction companies in Brazil, as well as managing sales and customer service teams and overseeing the online sales team. In 2015, they joined Accenture Brasil as a Management Consulting Analyst. In 2017, they co-founded Metha Energia, where they served as both Cofounder and CEO, and Cofounder and CFO.

Victor Soares has a Bachelor's degree in Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they studied Administration and Business from 2015 to 2018. Victor also has a Bachelor's degree in Controladoria & Finanças from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, where they studied Corporate Finance from 2012 to 2018.
