Andison Marcial

Andison Marcial is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as an Information Technology Service Desk Analyst at Methanex Corporation since March 2023. Previous roles include Information Communication Technology Specialist and Technician at RAMPS Logistics, and IT Technician at The American Stores Limited, where responsibilities included designing and installing networks, troubleshooting system failures, and performing hardware maintenance. Andison also worked as a NOC Engineer at Massy Technologies Infocom, monitoring network devices and providing first-tier troubleshooting, and as a Help Desk Technician at Infotech Caribbean, managing help desk escalations and asset inventory.
