Gustavo Parra

Gustavo Parra leads the Manufacturing team and is responsible for enhancing reliability, asset utilization, and Responsible Care ® across the global manufacturing sites. Since joining Methanex in 1988, he has worked in several global locations and has held a variety of progressively senior and strategic Manufacturing roles, including responsibility for the Geismar 1 and 2 relocation project and Managing Director, Trinidad. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Parra, was Vice President, Manufacturing Strategy & Planning.

Mr. Parra holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Concepción.
