Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is an experienced operations and technical manager with a focus on methanol production and chemical engineering. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Methanex Corporation since December 2018, responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of large methanol production units while prioritizing safety and process efficiency. Previously, Jeff held various roles at BASF from July 1994 to December 2018, including Technology Manager, where management of technology and project execution for batch alkoxylation reactors was critical, and Production Director, overseeing significant staffing and operational responsibilities. Jeff's career began with several operations assignments within BASF's Professional Development Program, and education was completed with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
