Rayburn Donaldson (Jake)

Rayburn 'Jake' Donaldson is a seasoned architecture professional with extensive experience in operations management, business development, and strategic planning. As the Managing Principal at Method Architecture since May 2016, Rayburn oversees the firm's operations. Previous roles include serving as Principal at Three Square Design Group, where responsibilities encompassed master planning, design, and project management. Rayburn also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Art Institute of Houston, teaching AutoCAD courses. Early career experiences include Project Manager at Architects-Plus and Designer at M-M Design. Rayburn holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, respectively, along with advanced management training from Rice Business.
