Jane Bithell

Jane Bithell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Associate Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Method Recruitment Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jane held various positions at nbn™ Australia from October 2012 to May 2021, including Diversity Lead and Diversity Sourcing Lead, where responsibilities involved supporting diversity initiatives and building diverse talent teams. Additionally, Jane worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner focusing on the finance and legal sectors. Earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in accounting with Robert Walters. Educational qualifications include a BA Honours in English Literature and Geography from the University of Liverpool, a Diploma of Human Resources Management from Global Training Institute, and certifications in the Hogan Assessment System and SHL Accreditation.
