Lily Cox is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in marketing and digital recruitment across the ANZ region. Since April 2020, Lily has served as Practice Lead - Marketing at Method Recruitment Group, a company focused on building genuine relationships and providing long-term recruitment solutions. Additionally, Lily is a Committee Member at Marketing Women Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women in marketing. Previously, Lily held roles as a Senior Consultant at Randstad Australia and CD IT Recruitment, specializing in FMCG and IT sectors. Lily began her career as an Administrator at CD Recruitment. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
